Payment Methods And Processing

Helmetsonline currently accepts PayPal, Visa and Mastercard only. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays. Helmetsonline reserves the right to cancel the transaction. For credit card and PayPal payments we will email with your Order Confirmation.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
  • Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
  • You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.


All Helmetsonline purchases include GST.

Returning/Exchanging a Product

We are happy to accept your returns and you can exchange them for another size or colour if you wish provided it is within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Returning a product if you change your mind

If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will provide you with full refund. PLEASE NOTE: All postage return costs are at the buyers cost. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted provided the items are returned within 14 days from date of purchase. The items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Damaged or worn helmets and boots are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer.


Buyer is responsible for all the necessary safety precautions whilst using protective gear including helmets. We are NOT responsible for any damage or injury caused using our products.
